General Shipping Information
Shipping within the United States (48 contiguous states):
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50.00 that are delivered within the continental 48 states. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements have been made. You should receive your order in 5 business days or less.
Expedited Shipping within the United States (48 contiguous states)
UPS Overnight Service is available for an additional charge.
UPS 2nd Day Air Service is available for an additional charge.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays or after 2:00 pm Pacific Time will shipped the next business day.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail service.
Shipping to Canada:
All orders to Canada will be shipped by the US Postal Service using Priority Mail International. You should receive your order in 6 – 10 days.
Please be advised that we can no longer accept any form of payment other than Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.
On orders shipped outside of the United States it is the customers responsibility to pay any and all taxes, duty, brokerage fees or courier fees. If your order is detained by Customs it is your responsibility to resolve the issues and retrieve the package. In order to avoid confusion, please do the necessary research into this area before placing your order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from Detoxologie.com simply return the unused portion of your order within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The original invoice must be included with the return. We do not refund money on orders returned after 30 days. Please use UPS or Certified US Mail to ensure that we receive your return. We cannot be responsible for returns that do not arrive at our Las Vegas facility.
Exchanges: Any product purchased from Detoxologie.com may be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase for any other item of equal or lesser value. Please include a note stating what items you are exchanging or call us and let us know what you would like to exchange.
