Returns are easy. In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any of our products simply return the unused portion of your order to address listed below. Once we receive the unused portion of your order we will issue a refund for the full amount of the purchase price less shipping charges. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your refund to be processed after we have received your returned order. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from detoxologie.com return the unused portion of your order within 60 days of the date of purchase, along with the original sales receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges. We do not refund money on orders returned after 60 days. Please use UPS or Certified US Mail to ensure that we receive your return. We cannot be responsible for returns that do not arrive at our facility in Kansas City.
