Banana’s are packed with healthy benefits. Fiber, healthy carbohydrates, potassium, magnesium, Vitamins B6 , C and also tryptophan, a protein that elevates your mood and helps you to relax and feel happy.Tomatoes( yes, they are a fruit) are a great source of fiber, Vitamins A & C, potassium, folate, iron and antioxidants.
